Main Activity

1. Three-grid game with three separate teams. Xs attack Ys when Ys win the ball; they transition into the neutral zone and then attack Zs in the far grid. It is a continuous fame; the numbers and grid size may vary.

Coaching Points: Defensive positions to counter attack. Patience vs. Speed in attack.
