| Charlotte Moran |
Charlotte Moran, the executive director of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association, was elected Youth Girls' Representative of the NSCAA in January 2008. Moran has been involved in soccer for more than 20 years, beginning at the grassroots level as a team manager and a national state association president. She has also served as the US Youth Soccer Region I Girls' ODP Administrator for a number of years. |
