Rob Kehoe

Rob Kehoe, a noted leadership and teambuilding consultant who has worked with nearly 60 Division I soccer teams, was named Division I Intercollegiate Programs Director in August 2008.

Kehoe's mission is to raise the visibility of men’s and women’s Division I intercollegiate soccer. He serves as a liaison between the NSCAA and various constituent groups, including the NCAA, Division I men’s and women’s coaches and the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association. Additionally, he helps promote Division I soccer events such as the College Cups and seeks to raise overall visibility through initiatives such as expanded television coverage. Kehoe willserve as the primary liaison to execute the Association’s 20-game television package with Fox Soccer Channel.

In 1987 Kehoe founded Robert Kehoe and Associates, an independent training and performance coaching service for business, education and athletic groups. Since then he has conducted more than 50 leadership, strategic planning and team building seminars annually, including team interaction with almost all NCAA Division I men’s and women’s sports. His corporate clients included Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, JC Penney Co., Scott Worldwide Food Service, International Health Services and Vista International.

Kehoe holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Dayton. He and his wife Michelle have five sons and reside in Johnson Creek, Wis.
