The NSCAA has negotiated discount offerings with two major air carriers serving Philadelphia. AirTran and American Airlines each are offering special pricing to attendees; simply follow the directions here to save on your airfare to Philly!

To take advantage of this program, attendees and travel agents should call the AirTran Airways EventSavers Desk at 1-866-68EVENT (1-866-683-8368) for more information about the features listed below.
- A 10 percent discount on the lowest available AirTran Airways one-way fare.
- No minimum stay length or Saturday night requirement.
- Advance seat assignments at time of booking.
- Confirmed upgrade to Business Class (when available) for passengers booking in the “B” and “Y” fare levels.
- A one-time waiver of Change Fee per reservation for any name or itinerary change, but any applicable fare increase will apply.
- Attendees have the option of contacting the EventSavers Desk directly or may book through their designated travel agency.
- Travel agents and attendees must book all EventSavers reservations directly with the EventSavers Desk to receive the 10 percent discount. Reservations booked through a travel agent general data system or the Internet will not qualify for the discount.
- Attendees may travel three days prior to the event start date and three days after the event close date if they wish to spend additional time in Philadelphia.
- Receive special EventSavers rates from Hertz, AirTran’s rental car partner, just for being transferred to the Hertz Desk by the AirTran EventSavers Coordinator.

American Airlines is a preferred airline and offers NSCAA discounts on any applicable airfare on www.AA.com. Discounts are available on American Airlines, American Eagle, American Connection and all oneworld Alliance carriers as long as one segment is on America.
Reservations can be made online with no fee at www.AA.com. Go directly to www.AA.com to book your flights. Enter the promotional code 3410AG in the promotional code under the “book flights” tab or “enter passenger data” tab while making your reservation. Discount will automatically be calculated. Discount is valid three days prior and three days after the Convention. There is no fee on www.AA.com. Valid dates are Jan. 10-20 in and out of Philadelphia.
Reservations also may be made by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk toll-free at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, 5 a.m. to midnight Central time, seven days a week. You must provide the promotional code above to participate in the program. There is a reservation service fee (currently $20) for tickets issued through this desk.
Earn AAdvantage miles for your trip; enroll online at www.AA.com. Reservations also may be made via a travel agency (a fee may apply). Reservations involving any oneworld Alliance or codeshare partner airlines, or travel into one city and out of another must be booked via phone at 1-800-433-1790.
